Frutidetails Investments LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) specializes in the sale and delivery of fresh fruit arrangements, chocolate-covered strawberries, and natural floral products. Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of these goods, all sales are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund and Delivery Policy.

By placing an order with Frutidetails Investments LLC, the customer (“you” or “client”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this policy in its entirety.

All products sold by Frutidetails Investments LLC are considered perishable goods. As such, all sales are final once the order has been delivered. The Company does not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds after delivery has been completed, regardless of personal preference, dissatisfaction, change of mind, or subjective expectations.

No refunds will be issued for products that have been delivered as ordered, including but not limited to fresh fruit arrangements, chocolate-covered strawberries, floral arrangements, roses, customized designs, or personalized items.

Refunds are only considered in cases of non-delivery. A non-delivery refund may be requested solely when the customer did not receive the order on the scheduled delivery date and the failure to deliver is directly attributable to the Company. Refund requests for non-delivery may be submitted starting the day following the scheduled delivery date.

No refund will be issued in cases where non-delivery results from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, restricted access to the delivery location, gated communities without proper access instructions, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

If a non-delivery refund request is approved, the refund will be issued exclusively to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or credit card issuer.

All promotional, discounted, or sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Exchanges or replacements are only considered if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition due to an error attributable to the Company. Any such claim must be reported on the same day of delivery and must be supported by clear photographic evidence. Approved replacements, if any, will be limited to the same product and are subject to availability. No refunds will be issued in lieu of replacements.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Frutidetails Investments LLC shall not be held liable for delivery failures caused by errors in the information provided by the customer.

By completing a purchase with Frutidetails Investments LLC, the customer confirms acceptance of this policy and agrees that it constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and the Company.
