Company Overview and Operating Hours
Fruti Details Investments LLC creates and sells handcrafted chocolate-covered strawberries, fresh fruit arrangements, and floral bouquets prepared daily.
Business hours: Monday–Friday 9:30 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday closed.
Delivery hours: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. within our established South Florida service area.
Authorized Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in good faith. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, scraping, data extraction, reverse engineering, or misuse of the content or systems of this site is strictly prohibited. Product Nature and Consumption Guidelines
Our products are fresh and perishable. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept that:

Items must be consumed within 24 hours of receipt.

Products must be kept refrigerated and protected from direct sunlight or heat.

Rose bouquets should be placed in clean water to extend freshness up to 5–7 days.

Boxed rose arrangements should remain as delivered.
Fruti Details is not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by improper storage, delay in consumption, or environmental exposure after delivery.
Orders and Deliveries
All orders must be paid in full before preparation. The customer must supply accurate delivery details and the recipient’s telephone number to facilitate contact. If the recipient cannot be reached or access is restricted, the order may be rescheduled or held for pickup.
Deliveries depend on product availability and geographic coverage; additional mileage charges may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Refund and Replacement Policy
Because our goods are perishable and custom-made, sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted once production or delivery has begun. If a product arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, notify us on the same day of delivery with supporting photographs. Replacement or credit decisions rest solely with Fruti Details Investments LLC.
